CURIOUS H is a small design brand, we currently operate on a limited-run model to reduce our environmental footprint in regards of manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping. Please reach out to us for any inquiries, additional support, or advice you may need before placing an order.
RETURNS
Please read the information below prior to making a return.

Please review your item(s) immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact us within 24hours of receiving your item(s).
CHANGE OF MIND
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse CURIOUS H does not provide exchange or refunds for 'change of mind'. Please select carefully.
Cancellation of orders for a full refund, inclusive of shipping costs, is only possible if the items have not yet been dispatched. Should you opt to cancel your order after the goods have been shipped, delivery costs will apply.
Refunds are only issued for faulty items.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping method and associated costs.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be covered by CURIOUS H.
DAMAGED ITEMS
To request a claim for damaged goods, please send an email to hello@curioush.com with the following details:
Proof of Purchase OR Order Number
Date of Purchase
Description of damaged items
Supporting images showing the damaged box and item
Please be aware that each claim is assessed individually, and insufficient evidence may lead to rejection of your claim.
All damaged items must be returned to us in their original packaging. Failure to provide the original packaging may impede our ability to process your claim.
In addition to the options available under the CURIOUS H Warranty and relevant statutes (including the Australian Consumer Law), returns for warranty-related queries are applicable for a period of up to 24 months.
